Mermaid

A horned mermaid with an orange brown tail hovers near a transparent sphere over a sandy sea bottom. On the bottom lie a few shells and two scepters. One scepter, as its shiny orb end ornament indicates, is monarchical. The other is commonly associated with the devil , as its end is composed of horns. Signed and dated. Diameter 3 ½”.
